Returns and Exchange

Of course, sometimes you change your mind. Please contact us at info@feshaapp.com or WhatsApp +965 94939123 and we will work with you to achieve the desired outcome.

Please let us know within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods will need to be in the original condition and packaging and in a saleable condition. Moreover, you must cover the delivery cost of 2 KWD for returning or exchanging unwanted items. We package your orders with care; please ensure you do the same with your return, as we do not accept returns of damaged items and a refund will not be possible.

Cancelation

You can cancel your order, or part of the order before the order is dispatched or out for delivery with a full refund of the invoiced amount.

However, if you cancel an order after dispatch or is already out for delivery, then you are obliged to pay the 2 KWD for delivery.
