Return & Exchange Policy

Return Terms

  • Customers may return products within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in good condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original box (packaging) and in resalable condition.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or torn/damaged box cannot be returned or refunded.
  • A receipt is required to process any return or exchange.
    • If the receipt is unavailable, the purchase may be verified using the customer’s phone number and purchase date.
  • Anyone with the original receipt may exchange the product.

Return Methods

  • Returns can be completed through:
    • Dropping off the item at our warehouse, or
    • Scheduling a driver pickup.
  • Driver pickup is available:
    • Between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM
    • Returns registered on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • International returns or returns requiring shipping may incur additional shipping charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • Payment method cannot be changed (for example, card payments cannot be refunded in cash).
  • Refund processing timelines:
    • Cash payments: up to 5 business days to be collected from the office
    • KNET payments: 5–7 business days
    • Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay: 5–14 business days (depending on the bank)
  • Alternatively, customers may choose to receive:
    • Store wallet credit
    • Promo code
    • Gift card
  • Products purchased during a sale or using a discount code will be refunded based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange items for:
    • An item of equal value, or
    • A higher value item (by paying the difference), or
    • A lower value item (difference provided as store credit)
  • Exchanges are allowed for any product, not restricted to the same category.

Non-Refundable Items and Fees

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.
  • Additional shipping fees for returns (especially international) are non-refundable.

Legal Compliance

  • This policy is implemented in accordance with the Consumer Protection Laws and Regulations of the State of Kuwait.
