• Next-Day Delivery: Free of charge.
• Express Delivery (90 Minutes): Available for orders placed between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• ​Standard Delivery (Within 4 Hours): Available for orders placed between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Delivery Hours

• Deliveries are carried out daily between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Early delivery before 10:00 AM may be arranged upon request.

Address Changes

• Delivery address changes must be requested in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the new location and order status.

Large or Assembly-Required Items

• These items will be delivered by a third-party delivery company.
• The delivery date and time will be scheduled directly with the customer by the third party.

Gift Wrapping

• Express delivery timing may be affected if gift wrapping is requested, due to additional preparation time.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees vary depending on the selected service and day.
• Fees range from free delivery up to a maximum of 3.5 KD.
